Product details
Fiberglass chopped strand mat is manufactured by spreading continuous filament roving of 50mm in length in a random and balanced way combined with polyester powder binder or emulsion binder.
Properties
Balanced distribution of fiber and binder, no incompact fiber, oil spot, blotch.
Fast resin permeability, good mould obedience, easily removing air bladder.
High mechanical strength, high reservation rate of strength in wet condition
Application
With strong mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and good insulation,.
The fabric is widely used in boats, auto-mobiles, transformer, anti-corrosion pipe and etc .
Applicable process：Hand lay-up, RTM, Mould pressing and Vacuum.
Compatible resin：Unsaturated polyester resin, Vinyl ester resin, Epoxy resin.
